By using korrixa.com or engaging KORRIXA (Pasy Globe Pvt Ltd) for services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided
KORRIXA provides:
- IT infrastructure consulting, supply, and integration
- IT workspace solutions (devices, peripherals, AV)
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Project-based IT deployments
All services are B2B-focused and governed by individual project agreements.
Section 3
Quotations & Proposals
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
- Prices subject to OEM/distributor pricing changes
- Final pricing confirmed in written Purchase Order
- GST applicable as per Government of India rates
Section 4
Payment Terms
- Standard: 50% advance, 50% on delivery (unless agreed otherwise)
- AMC: Annual advance payment
- Late payments: 2% per month interest applicable
- All payments to: Pasy Globe Pvt Ltd
Section 5
Delivery & Implementation
- Timelines mentioned in proposals are estimates
- Delays due to OEM stock, shipping, or client-side factors not our liability
- Hardware warranty: as per OEM terms (Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Aruba, etc.)
- On-site work subject to site readiness by client

Intellectual Property
- Website content, design, and code: © 2026 KORRIXA / Pasy Globe Pvt Ltd
- OEM logos used for informational purposes only — property of respective owners
- Client data/documents shared with us remain client property
Section 7
Limitation of Liability
- KORRIXA liability limited to value of specific service contract
- Not liable for: data loss, business interruption, third-party failures
- Hardware warranty claims handled directly with OEM under their policies
Section 8
Confidentiality
- We treat all client business information as confidential
- NDAs available on request for sensitive projects
- We do not share client names, projects, or data without consent
Section 9
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
